Services included in the registration fee;

• All registration fees include 20% VAT.
• Tea and coffee breaks and lunches taken during the congress,
• Opening Cocktail,
• The right to participate in all scientific sessions and activities.
• Right of access to scientific and commercial exhibition areas,
• Congress documents include: bag, program and abstract book, name badge, and certificate of participation.
• For participants who do not purchase accommodation, the prices mentioned above include a 3-day facility usage fee (between 08:00 and 18:00).  
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE: Session chairs and speakers with roles in the congress scientific program are required to register for the congress.

Services included in the accommodation registration fee:

• All prices include 20% VAT.
• Accommodation packages are all-inclusive package prices for May 6-9, 2027 (3 nights).
• Accommodation purchases are made online through the registration page.

Transfer

IMPORTANT NOTE: Free shuttle services will be provided between the airport and the hotel on May 6, 2027, and between the hotel and the airport on May 9, 2027, at certain rates. Shuttle service times will be announced with discounts. Those who are registered and have accommodation can benefit from the shuttle transfer service free of charge by providing their flight details to the congress secretariat. The dates and times will be announced on the congress website.

• Individual and private transfer requests will be budgeted separately. Please contact the association for private transfer requests on different dates.
